Flights to Chania
By plane: Chania is one of the two biggest cities of Crete and has its own airport.
In order to reach Chania you can fly directly to Chania Airport (http://www.chania-airport.com/). All major airlines as well as low cost companies and charters flies to Chania airport.
Especially the period of March to November you can find direct flights from all over Europe. If you do not find a direct flight, you can also fly to Athens (https://www.aia.gr/traveler/) and then reach Crete either by air or by boat.

There are frequent public buses from the airport to the center of Chania.
